headshot of Levincent ClarkUNC Movement of Youth mentor Levincent Clark was recently accepted to a study abroad program for the Fall 2015 semester. He will be spending the fall semester of his junior year studying in Cape Town, South Africa.

While abroad, LJ will be studying the effects of Apartheid in South Africa. He says that he hopes to further his understanding of the intersection of institutional and structural racism upon marginalized people of color while exploring his own humanity in hope to increase his effectiveness in helping marginalized groups within the United States. We wish LJ the best of luck in his travels and studies this fall.
